Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the CineRush developer. By downloading, accessing, or using CineRush, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

CineRush is a mobile entertainment service that may provide short dramas, audiovisual stories, discovery features, playback, advertising, and related functions. Features, titles, languages, availability, and supported devices may vary by app version, region, licensing, and technical conditions. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for compatible hardware, internet access, and any carrier charges.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

If paid features are offered, purchases are processed through Google Play or another authorized store. Prices, renewal terms, trials, taxes, and cancellation instructions are shown before purchase.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the store before renewal.
• Uninstalling CineRush does not cancel a store subscription.
• Refunds are governed by the store’s rules and mandatory consumer law.
• We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use CineRush to infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, circumvent access controls or advertising, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or engage in fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.

5. Content and intellectual property

CineRush, its software, design, text, branding, and licensed audiovisual content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for private entertainment. No ownership is transferred. Titles may be removed when licensing or law requires.

6. Third-party services

The app may include links, advertisements, analytics, attribution, payment, hosting, or other services provided by third parties. Their own terms and policies apply to their services. We do not control third-party content or availability.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineRush is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free playback, permanent availability of any title, or that recommendations will suit every viewer. Nothing excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the CineRush developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid for the service in the prior 12 months or US$50, except where law prohibits that limit.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will publish the revised version and update the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
