1. Copyright notice

If you believe content available through CineRush infringes copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email a written notice to boxmovies23@gmail.com with the subject “CineRush Copyright Notice.”

2. Include enough detail to locate the content

1. Your legal name and contact information.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work or works.
3. The title, episode, timestamp, screenshot, URL, or in-app location of the material.
4. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may request clarification and may share a complete notice with the affected provider or account holder where appropriate.

3. Trademark, privacy, and other concerns

For trademark, impersonation, privacy, harmful-content, or licensing concerns, provide the exact content location, your relationship to the right or affected person, the basis of the complaint, supporting evidence, and the action requested. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice may create legal liability.
